Open Settings inside Oxyn and tap "Language". You can pick English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic. By default the app follows your device language.
Settings → Appearance → Theme. Choose Light, Dark, or System Default.
Photo access is only used to scan for duplicate and large photos so you can free up storage. Your photos never leave your device.
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find Oxyn Plus → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
Oxyn's battery health is an estimate based on charge cycles and patterns we can measure from the app. The official maximum capacity in iPhone Settings is calculated by iOS with hardware-level data. Both are useful, but the iOS value is the authoritative one.
Email us at support@oxynapp.net with a short description and (if possible) a screenshot. We read every message.
Close Oxyn (swipe up from the bottom of the home screen, then swipe Oxyn off the App Switcher), reopen, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.
Make sure you are on iOS 16.0 or later. If the issue persists, please email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
